Saddle Up for Roswell was a Wonderful success!Thank you everyone for your help and support! We have raised a lot of money for Roswell. The Grand total is $9762.00.That is Fantastic in this economy! Chestnut Ridge Riders 2 weeks to go till the Horse Trials, Fund Raiser on Saturday September 19th..Several reminders: Entries are due in the envelope in the office by September 13. It still is not too late to solicit items for the Basket Raffle Ring Sponsors Fence Sponsors Division Sponsors I need all the above information by Wednesday September 16 in order to put acknowledgements in the program insert. I am bringing the program material and advertising to the printer on Tuesday September 8th . If you have any outstanding ad material let me know right away!!!! We still need volunteers for Cross Country Jump Judging - sign up in the office Reminder for all volunteers to wear your purple RPCI Tee Shirts or CR Red Polo shirts Anyone who is available on Friday the 18th for 'last minute' jobs we would welcome your help. | HARVEST HORSE TRIALS SADDLE-UP FOR ROSWELL SEPTEMBER 19, 2009 | |
SEPTEMBER 19, 2009I hope you will be able to join us this year either as a competitor or spectator at our HARVEST HORSE TRIALS at CHESTNUT RIDGE EQUESTRIAN CENTER. This is a competition in 3 phases, Dressage, Cross Country, and Stadium Jumping held at our Chestnut Ridge facility 7913 Chestnut Ridge Road, Gasport, NY 14067. This competition is sponsored by Chestnut Ridge and the East Aurora Pony Club for the benefit of the ROSWELL PARK CANCER INSTITUTE. This year we will also be offering classes for riders who wish to compete in classes for Dressage only as well as a division of a Combined Test which includes only the Dressage phase and Stadium jumping round. These can be indicated on the Entry Form. At Chestnut Ridge we are offering Cross Country Schooling during the months of August and September. The cost is $30 per rider. Please call ahead to make arrangements. You can download a Prize List for the show as well as an Entry Form by clicking on entry forms. Also are forms to solicit donations for riders (or virtual riders). Every person bringing in a donation will receive a gift certificate from one of our sponsors for you to enjoy! We will also be having a wonderful basket auction for you to participate in. We hope to see you at this enjoyable and worthwhile event. Sue Williams and Megan Gamin, organizer |
